I put a $100.00 deposit down on delivery of a car. I was told it would be delivered in 5 to 10 days, 3 weeks later, no car and he refused to refund the $100.00

I contracted with Webster Services on June 19 to deliver my car from Tenn. To Michigan. Wayne said it would be delivered in 5-10 days. I have not heard from him in over 2 weeks so I called and e-mailed him several times. He said I would have the car on July 10th then July 12 then finally July 13th and at that he could only deliver it within 400 miles from my house. The contract was DOOR to DOOR.
I finanly fired him and asked for my $100.00 deposit back.in the contract it never said that the deposit was non refundable.
I ended up using another way of transport and it cost me more in the end plus I still have not received my $100.00 and it is July 15.
