F/x this is my story or tragedy that changed my life

This is what F/X did to me, i might be wrong but we all do it, not that i think i was doing anything wrong but it will get you in trouble like it happened to me. I was arrested in Virginia for d.W. I even though i wasn't driving the law says your innocent until proven guilty f/x were judge and jury they fired me right there and not only that, that happened in 2006 and i still can't get a decent job with any company cause they still say i was arrested for d.W.I. This is what the court decided, quote. The court heard this matter on sep./21/07 at which time it was continued to Nov. 16,07 the matter was again continued to January term day for rescheduling and allow counsel to file a memorandum in support of their position. These memorandum have been filed in court. The defendant is a truck driver from Kentucky. It is undisputed that the defendant drove from Kentucky to Allegheny county, VA in October. The defendant hit a pole with her truck while searching for cell phone service in a parking lot. The accident occurred at approximately 9P.M. She was arrested at 11:58P.M. That same night with a b.A. C level of. 18. The commonwealth must prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that the defendant is innocent until proven guilty, unquote. They go to explain several cases similar to mine, i had three hours after i hit the pole in which the first hour i went to drink some beers, walking was not driving but did come back and was sleeping in my truck when the cops woke me up and arrested me. My case was dismissed by the court but im still paying with f/x cause no company will hire me because of them. Tel me if I'm right or wrong?
