Bunch of damn losers, who do not care once you drive the car out of their lot

I bought a 2002 X-terra from Carmax last year.in less than a year my Air conditioning has gone out 4 times and everytime I have taken it back, they have treted me like crap, like its my fault they have these want to be mechanics who cant even change a tire. I had toget a male friend to go there with me because they would give me the round around.

At one point they had me waiting 2 weeks for a part to come in to fix the air conditioner. The only reason why I found out the part was in was because I finally called them and They stated that the part had been in a week ago. They are not customer service trained at all. Everyone from their "receptionist" to their dumb ass employees are uncapable of good customer service.

They have treated like a dumb ass and I know its because I am a woman. When I took my male friend with me they treated him with respect. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I will do anything in my power to spread the word.!!!
