Lie cheat and steal! What a sorry company!

I was driving my paid off 2008 convertible corvette with only 11,000 miles one day (11/12/09) while on a two lane hwy, had been following (way behind) a conversion van. I noticed that they turned on their left blinker, I tapped my cruise off and prepared to slow down (i was still many car links back)... With her left blinker on, she went off to the right onto the shoulder and partially in the grass, I kept driving in my lane, was probably about 45-50mph at this point. (i'm thinking to myself, this idiot had the wrong blinker on since they went to the OTHER side of the road)... As I continue driving, out of nowhere this person swings out and arches around to make a UTURN and plows into my whole right side spinning me into a complete circle and throwing me off to the other side of the road. We both have GEICO, trooper report clearly states she is a 100% at fault for making an improper uturn and says I did no improper driving. I wasn't injured other than the ungodly soreness that occurred throughout my whole body, she was not injured either. Geico receives my report and after many rude calls and my own adjuster telling me I was partially at fault (prior to getting the report), i still wasn't too worried because of the trooper report. THEN i get the call where they tell me i'm 25% at fault because I should have slowed down way further and or come to a stop so this person could make their uturn...!!! These people are nuts! She leaves the roadway, i'm driving in my lane and she does not clear herself and reenters the roadway and slams into me as i'm driving in my lane! ARE YOU KIDDING GEICO??? So, bottom line, they paid no attention to the police report, this goes against my perfectly clean record, my ins will no doubt go up, all of my upgrades on my vehicle are not covered by my insurance because they only insured my new vette the way it came from the factory. AND this is a state that does not recognize diminished value claims!!! I'm out the grand for my deductible too~! This should have been a 100% liability claim against the other person and their ins. (geico) should be paying for this whole thing but THEN, they'd have to pay for my upgrades, not get my deductible and pay me for a couple of days of missed work. I am horrified at the way i was treated like some sort of criminal and I AM going to get an ATTY!!! Do you have any idea how many people are done this way by geico and do not have the funds to take them to court??? Well I DO! And i will! I went back to USAA!
PS. The trooper said he will testify for me too..
