Scam artist! Vandalized my vehicle and overcharged me outside of county towing regulations

I was approaching my vehicle as the owner of LATE NIGHT TOWING, 4814 Stamp Road Temple Hills, MD 301-560-1333, company began to tow my vehicle. I ran to the fat tow truck guy and he told me he was towing my vehicle because I walked away from my vehicle. But, I told him I'm here now to move it can he please "drop" my vehicle and I will leave. He told me only if I pay $150 dollars in cash right now, if not, the vehicle was going with him and I will have to pay an additional $50 to retrieve my car from the towing lot!

Knowing the "drop-fee" he was trying to charge me was ridiculous and unlawful, I immediately tried to call the police from my cell phone which was inside my vehicle the fat man was trying to tow.
