Rovercity.com Scammed me out of $450 and never responds to calls or e-mails

I paid Mohamed Kassam of RoverCity.com $489 via PayPal for a pair of tail lights and valve stem caps for my 2006 Range Rover Sport. After six weeks of empty promises and blaming Land Rover in England for the delay, Mohamed promised me a refund and did send the Land Rover valve stems. The valve stems were $24 plus a $15 fee that Land Rover charges.

Mohamed Kassam gave me every excuse in the book as to why I never received the tail lights. It started with, he's out of town and will call Land Rover when he returns or they sent the wrong ones and he'll straighten it out soon. Then he started to blame it on the shipping company. He even gave me fake FedEx tracking numbers that FedEx say never existed. This has been going on for almost a year now. I should have reported him to PayPal for a full refund before the 45 days lapsed. I trusted Mohamed because he at least sent the valve stems for my tires. Never again!

Mohamed Kassam told me a few months ago that he fell on hard times and was interviewing for a new job position. He said he would pay me back in full when he had some extra money or received a bonus. I was livid. I explained to him that he couln't use customers money to pay for his bills and lifestyle. He told me to trust him, as he did all along, that he would repay the $450 back to me. Now, he ignores e-mails and phone calls. Do not trust this low life. I hope karma bites him in the a* ten fold!
