Payoff loan, good luck getting any exstras back slow prossessing

I recently paid off an auto loan I had from these people that was at 11.5% interest, never having a late payment in 5 yaers. My payoff was $2200.00 roughly. I sold this car for $2500.00 to another person.

Her bank sent the check, a cashiers check, to Arcadia for 2500.00 dollars. We have been waiting for 3 weeks for the extra money to come back to us. My wife recently called them to file a complaint. She was given the run around and told they could not help her at that time because all supervisors were in a meeting.

This was her third attempt to find out where our money was. These people can charge what ever interest they want to to screw people as much as possible, but sence we have given them a three week loan for 300.00 dollars we can't get the same satisfaction.
