New Millenium transmissions Charge credit card and don't deliver any product

My credit card was charged for a transmission that was never delivered. I have yet to get a refund and they have given me every excuse and lie under the sun, as to why they never delivered on the part they said was "in stock". They lie and never call back to inform you of the status of your order and deliver nothing but excuses.
They are a highly diseputable company. Have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and have numerous bad reviews on various web sites.
