I am 35 weeks pregnant and went to the Mesquite, TX UPS customer service center to pick up a rocking chair today. I had called ahead to confirm that I would receive help loading the package into my SUV. When I got there, the representative dragged the box in from the back and informed me that they wouldn't help me with the package. I was about ready to leave without my rocker when another customer asked for a dolly and loaded the box into my car. If you decide to ship with this company, please be aware of the kind of customer service you will be receiving. I was not impressed.
