Transmission rip-off

My AAMCO story begins on 4/1/99. The transmission on my1997 Dodge Interpid blew so I brought it to AAMCO In Medford Massachusetts to have it fixed.

They told me for $1,700 dollars they would replace my transmission, so I told them to go ahead. On 12/13/99 without warning the transmission blew again, except this time it was at 40mph with my 3 year old and my 9 month old in the back seat. The car locked up at 40mph and caused us to spin out. Luckily no one got hurt. I called AAMCO but did not tell them what I was doing when it locked up. "Dave" told me to bring it in and they would look at it. They called me back that day and told me that the "Shifter linkage had broken" and that is why I could not get the car out of park.

I told them that it happend at forty miles an hour and "Dave" the manager started to back pedal saying " Were not done looking at it and will call you back" Three days later I got the car back. They would not tell me what they fixed only that it was
warrenty work.

On 1/5/99 I brought it back telling them it was not shifting
correctly. The did a "Diagnostic" on it and told me it was fine. On 1/17/99 the transmission blew again. They told me to bring it in and they would not pay for the towing. I called the customer service number and they told me. I had to bring the car back to the Malden Massachusetts AAMCO.

On 1/22/00 "Dave" told me to come pick up my car. He said they had "gone above the call of duty" fixing it.

On 1/23/00 the transmission blew again. Thirteen hours after I picked it up. I'm afraid to take it back tommorow.
But I have no choice.
