Poor motor

Our boy had bought an engine from Top Automotive Ind, LLC. These were very useful when my boy informed them he desired an engine that had low-mileage onto it. They named him and informed him they discovered one with 5000 miles onto it. He informed them he want to buy it. The purchase experienced and his charge card was debited. The motor found its way to about 4 times. Once the motor was unwrapped, the whole front end of the motor was killed in. My boy named Matthew at Top, and informed him the way the motor came. Our boy desired to deliver it back in those days, however was reassured the motor was great. Therefore he'd the motor place in in the end of the leading and leading areas of the motor was changed. Thank heavens all of the components were simply traded from my kids unique motor, but he did need to released some cash for devices and gaskets, tubes along with other elements which were damaged. Therefore truly all he bought was the stop, brains, and oil container.in the end of the components were changed, the motor was set in. Well You Know What!!! The engine was bad!!! I attempted to get hold of Top the moment we discovered, and we kept obtaining the answering support, to depart a note. And so I kept making communications with Matthew and Also The Organization at 1-888-877-2130. I kept achieving this during the day for around per week, without any call-back or solution. A day or two before I attempted to get hold of them again, also it was like they did not actually exsist. I'm simply at my wits end. Personally I think so sorry for my boy, he's handicapped, and needed to conserve for 7 weeks in order to buy an engine. To become disappointed like this whenever you genuinely believe that individuals have great morales while you do, really smells. All I truly need is a great motor to obtain my vehicle back on the highway.
