Does not honor waranty

This dealership does not honor waranty cliams on there vehicles. They advertise 10 year/100,000 mile waranty. My 2003 elantra with 86,000 miles on it has been well maintained with detailed service records. Then the engine and radiator failed I had it towed to this dealership to be repaired, and was quoted a 90 dollar fee to diagnose the problem.
3 days later I was told the engine had failed, they were tearing it appart to determine the cause of failure and file a claim with the corprate office for the waranty service. After another 5 days have passed I was informed they were still unable to determine the cause of failure but knew it was not the radiator hoses or thermostat, and they believed the car ran out of coolant. This car was serviced just 5 days before it failed, had it's oil change performed and coolant levels were checked at that time. After providing this papaerwork and information to there service center I was informed that they will re examine the car but not they need an additional 90 dollars. They would be scoping the engine to determine the exact cause of failure and resubmit the waranty claim. (I've now been without a vehcile for almost 2 weeks).
After re-examining the vehicle I have now been told the thermostat failed and that was the cause of failure for the engine and radiator. And that this internal engine part is not covered under there waranty and will be nearly $3000 to repair. They have now requested an addition $180 dollars to perform more inspections on the car and try to process the waranty claim yet again. I presently have a half assembled vehicle in there shop where they have told me they will need to charge me extra to reassemble it, have not provided a detailed list of which companants have failed, and are not 100% certain of the true cause of failure. They have just decided they do not want to cover it under waranty.
