Worst e-ticket format and no return ticket information

E ticket that they delivered doesn't have return ticket info although i arranged return solution available for my parents visit charge. Immigration at hyderabad ceased my parents as published e ticket schedule doesn't display return ticket info. After 3 hours dialogue with Airways & immigration, airlines examined the solution on the program and offered the print-out of total e ticket schedule including return.

After I called create my journey customer service, they're keep saying you should not display return ticket at immigration. This customer service hurts... I relazed again the way the quality of indian airlines travel agent assistance.

I never recomend scheduling through this website although they provide less fare. It is a big trouble
