I took my car to pep boys for a new wheel bearing set. It should have taken 1 day.instead I got a TWO WEEk runaround.
No one would answer the freaking phone. And if someone did, they would transfer me in mid-sentence only to be left on hold indefineatly. Worst service anywhere.
