Sold new vehicle with undisclosed damage

In January I buy my an automobile I'd long waited for, the brand new 2009 Dodge Challenger hemi, burnt-orange, 6-speed standard, updates throughout. I'd remained from United States vehicles for more than 15 years whilst the quality of the vehicle and customer support had dropped so reduced you can not really obtain a telephone call delivered never mind an automobile fixed. The very first thing I mentioned towards the elderly sales team was the way the current economy created me want to try to purchase from US (though one never could tell what proportion is created in the united states) to aid the troubled economy. They assured me Dodge knows and certainly will complement or exceed the imports on support. A couple of months later I had been displaying my vehicle to some friend who's into vehicles big style and he was admiring the brand new Opposition when he observed an issue using the guests doorway, his eyes captured a tough spot-on the interior of the door screen. He mentioned the vehicle have been broken before. I instantly got this to 2 individual sellers due to their evaluation and after parts from both color yards obviously declaring their was an after manufacturer paint-job I went straight to the dealer, World Dodge, Randal Reeds in Simple. The dealer in no waste of phrases explained the reviews were incorrect, they'd not entertain their very own store researching the state and also to please keep... I had been so annoyed I really could not really emphasis, this dealer is beyond uneven, they're deceiving and real thieves. I can't think they simply don't have it, they speculate why no body really wants to purchase from Dodge, it's less the vehicle it's the uneven employees promoting the vehicles

I'd highly recommend never purchasing out of this dealer
