Lied about Credit Reporting, Breached Verbal Contract

In short, Bought 2 cars from Chacon, the 1st was traded in for a new one. Before buying the car, they promised to make some cosmetic changes, that they did not 100% do. I haggled with them enough for them to fix the Side Mirror but did once I got the car pretty much gave me the run around on the rest. After a week or so, I decided I rather not do business with them. I called to see what could be done since I did not have the car long, I was told, that if it checks out and its the same as when it left, they would keep the car resale it and it would not be reported on my credit. The catch was, they would keep my trade in but they would not report it. They explicitly told me this, and had me drive an hour plus to their main location to do all this. AFter all this, and my Account Rep telling me over the phone and in person that the papers to be signed was so that they could not report it on my credit, I discover some time later that they indeed reported a Repo on my Credit. Nothing by the way about the car I bought, just a repo. Since then the Manager Robert was first sympathetic lied to me told me he would escalate it and did not. Now he is very rude and hangs up in my face. If they say this is what we will do, at the time I had no reason to believe they were being deceptive. NOW I see. I really hope someone comes together on a Class Action Suit Against them because they are ridicolously deceptive in their business practices... That is why they are still around, they take advantage of the people who cannot go to the big dealerships. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and there will always be some desperate family out there and Chacon is the predator that tries to get over on them. I believe there are some who have had good experiences, but I also believe there are far more bad than good.
