Terrible experience

On May 19th I bought a 2005 Suzuki Verona from the Belknap location. I was told I could set it up where I could pay on the 1st or 3rd since that when I receive my income. I was also told my first payment would be in a month. Thinking my payment would fall on the 1st, I was called and told I had missed my first payment. I made arrangements with the first credit manager, COCO in the N.W. Hwy office, who told me she would note my account to be payed on the 1st no later than the 3rd of every month.in fact that when I've been paying for the last three or four months. I once was contacted by another credit manager, whom at this time name i can't remember. Lastly for the last three months i have been staying in touch with a manger, Robert. Whom i drove to Dallas to make a payment and payment arrangements. I spoke to a young lady on thursday or friday whom i told to expect my payment on the 1st. I also have been paying $400.00 a month for the last three or four month to make up for the difference in the 11 or 12 days. I got up yesterday only to fine out they had repo. My car. One more thing, just a couple of weeks ago i had spoke to Robert about the change in my due date, he told me he could not change it until May, after have had my car a year.
