Fraud on Car at Auto Auction - Said Car had new Transmission - it didn't it has a main seal missing consumer fraud ripoff

My husband and I bought a Ford Taurus Station Wagon from Day's Auto Auction on 5/22/03. We were told the mileage was 114,000 (rounded off) and that it had a new transmission. It was cool the night we drove it home, so we didn't notice it until a few days later, but the transmission leaked like a sieve. When we tried to get the title, I went through hell to get it as we were both unemployed and I wanted to try and resell the car or get my money back.
To make a long story short, when I got into digging into the dealer; he was not listed as a licensed dealer with the state of Georgia although Day's Auto Auction continues to insist that he is. They had given me his number (the dealer) - his name is Johnny Summerville and he supposedly is Westside Auto Auction. Neither are listed in the phone book. A few days after leaving him a message his phone conveniently was disconnected. I contacted the former owner of the car; he wouldn't return my calls. Now I am going to call the dealer where it was serviced to see if the car has 114,000 or 214,000 miles on it. If it is 214k then we have a case of fraud here and I will have to get the state attorney general involved.
The car is still undriveable and although we relocated to Florida we were unable to bring it with us; yet I continue to have to pay for it on my credit card. Now I have no way to get it to Florida to have it fixed or towed. It is sitting in my father's driveway but I can't leave it there forever due to local ordinances against leaving it.
Anybody have any suggestions?
