I purchased a brand new Nissan Micra in September.in February 09 the dealer changed my rug whilst the fibers started in the future away close to the drivers seat. For that report, i never abandon something on the ground before the driver's chair that may perhaps trigger the issue. I can not actually sleep my base there as my thighs are too much time. The rug was okay for 1-2 weeks after which it just happened again. I'd to obtain the rug changed to get a second-time in June 09. Today in March, it is occurred to get a third-time. This time around however, Nissan it-not honouring the guarantee. They declare it isn't a production problem. Yes right!!! Iv'e never heard about every other vehicles where the rug disintergrates every a few months and its own no problem of quality. When they did not deploy substandard rug within the first-place it'd need to be changed constantly.

I called the customer relationships division for Nissan Australia plus they recommended the guarantee division made a decision to decrease my state centered on data directed at them from the seller. The seller stated all he delivered them was a photograph of the ruined rug. Just how can they base a choice on the picture.

I've been informed from the seller (after i bought the vehicle) it's an extremely typical problem using the Nissan Micra design. Others also have had their request alternative of the defective and substandard rug rejected also. Just how can it-not be considered a production problem?

Today all I am receiving may be the run-around. The seller claims it is set of the fingers and Nissan Sydney cannot or wont support. They stated they cannot discuss exactly what the seller has or has not told them.

I'm never likely to purchase another Nissan automobile again and that I would not suggest other people did both.
