I've 05 montana, bunch went and was changed under warranty. I acquired the truck back and children desired to view film. No noise arrived of speakers along with a signal RSE down turned up on stereo. Named supplier back and cheduled a scheduled appointment to obtain it mounted. This continued for over annually and every time I had been informed these were touching gm tech-support plus they were near to repairing the issue. More than 25 visits towards the seller with no repair. Called customer care a few months involved with it and was informed they named seller and seller was looking after issue therefore my document was shut. The seller ceased answering my calls cuz they ultimately shut the dealer. Called cust. Supprot again to determine how to proceed and today that seller has gone out of company icant show itwas gms problem. Called again and told them to analyze of course if the seller was in touch with tech-support there must be recods as well as since I have approached cust. Help before again documents exist. Gmcalled back and explained they discovered documents and also to begin points down i had a need to purchase a analytical, so much to my dsigust I did so. Customer care named me back and stated area assistance overtaking my document. They called me and stated they're likely to evaluate my situation and certainly will contact me back. Well they did and explained a brand new stereo will definitely cost me $550 plus bucks so that as usually explained "sorry for that trouble". Gm has us help them out and claims fu back? This should be accurate cuz i told them i don't actually purchase another gm, or may my 4 children, my 2 siblings, 1 sibling, parents good friends... And other people fed up with gm not producing correct wrongs they triggered. All for $550 bucks which is really a ton for me personally but nothing to gm.
