Manly Honda Won't help recover vehicle they sold with clouded title!

My husband and I were both under restraning order to not purchase or sell any assets. Earlier this year in June my ex signed the title (pink slip) over to me because he previously took my name off of a community asset during our divorce and got caught. During a later court session I gave him temporary use only... Of the vehicle. My husband, I heard through the grapevine was going to sell the truck from underneath me. I don't know how he thought he could do this as I had the title... Signed title.
My brother in law and I called EVERY dealership letting all of them know that there was a bad deal about to happen. That's where Manly Auto Group comes in! We discovered that they purchased the truck from my ex-husband. How could they? Afterr all, I am on title and I didn't sign it. I have an interest in the truck. If not ALL inteerest in the truck. We find out that after we notified Manly Auto they decided to hurry up and sell the truck.
