They harass the elderly into purchasing warranties on their cars and then refuse to pay for repairs

They harass the elderly into thinking that their warranties are about to expire then charge them crazy rates. My mother purchased a policy from them, and now that her car is in need of repairs they are refusing to pay for the repairs. Their website states that if you purchase an agreement from them prior to your warranty expiring, there would be no transition period. My mother purchased her warranty through this company in August and her original warranty didn't expire until September. Now that my mom needs her car repaired they are not willing to honor their policy. Run from this company they are a rip off, and pray on the weak.
