Cars & Transport

It is a shame that this company is still in business. When auto dealers went out of business Scranton For closed. My encounter with this company at first was great. I even started to recommend my family and employees, wow did that change, even the sales man was in tears. I went on line and received an email tell me i was approved in big letters congratulations. I went there on Saturday at 10 am, by pm i was handed the keys to my new car, i was told take it home fall in love with it, it is yours. Just come back on Monday 10/12/09 it will take 10 minutes to sign the paperwork. I did return Monday as i was told at 5 pm with my daughter who also need to get a new car, or at least a bigger car. I was told by Tim he had forgotten the banks were closed, not to worry come back on Tuesday 10/13/09 just to sign off. I asked if there was a problem with the financing the car i was assured the car was mine. I told them my son just got back from Iraq and i really want to see him, and this would be my transportation, i was then assured. I explained why my daughter wanted and they where wonderful to her. She was there 3 hours traded her car, again she was handed keys, Ernie even helped her move her car seats to the new car. We both went back Tuesday 10/13/09. I first meet with BILL the three piece suit. I walked into his office, he was on his cell phone speaking to a friend, sounded as he was placing a beat. He spoke for about 5 minutes, very professional. He made a few comments that were also not professional, he did not like my answer. So then he said i needed 8000.00 or a co signer. He was so, i can not even explain. I guess when you were a suit it makes you feel important. I am disabled i guess that counts against me. Ford should think who they hire. Then my daughter was told by BILL, the same thing goes for you, in front of everyone, like your mother. She had to give back her car. We were outside with an 11,1, 2 year old children and it was cold. The deals were done. We should have our cars since they accepted our deposits. They owe me 200.00 for bring someone in and they did get approved and 30.00 for gas i put in the car. Is there a lawyer who would fight this company!!! Those cars are ours.
