Rip off

I own an '88 gt mustang. A few weeks ago the transmission went out on it. So i called around and found a 'cobra' transmision for $700. It was at a trans rebuild shop. The guy had just rebuilt it. It was ready for installation.

So i bought it, and on the transmission the owner of the shop stamped the date of purchase.'ok cool' i also got a 90 day warrenty w / it.

So i call around asking for prices on putting in the trans.-continental transmissions-which was only located a few blocks from my house told me $250 to take out the old and put the new trans in.

So whene i get their the guy tells me 'oh, for that it costs $495. Can u live w / that. I said no you told me $250. So he threw 2 or 3 more prices at me. But i held out to $250. So we agree to $250. They did it in about 3 hours. I go to pick it up. Paythe man $250.

He tells me i need a new crossmember. Im like 'ok' maybe some other time. So i ask for my old trans and the guy starts tellin me its garbage and i dont need it. We argued for maybe 4 minutes b4 he gave it back to me. So me and the trans mechanic are carrying my old 1 out the door whene he grabs a can of silver spray paint and sprays it on the old tranny and says 'bye the way, i spray painted your new trans that color silver. I

M like huh? I questioned him about it. He says he was bored. So i called em back and told him if that trans aint the 'cobra' trans i gave him to put in my car im filing a criminal complaint. So the dic head spray painted my new transmission.

Well, im goin to get the trans looked at. To see if the date of purchase is on it. If it aint, im takin it to the law to press full charges. If it is, im still filing a vandalism complaint for spray painting my property.
