I ordered brake rotors for my car. When I took the car to the dealer I was advised Car Parts Wholesale had sold me the wrong brake rotors. I looked at the rotors removed from the car and the ones supplied by Car Parts Wholesale were much smaller. Obviously the wrong parts. I purchased rotors and had the vehicle repaired. I called, e-mailed, and chatted with CarParts Wholesale regarding a return. After providing the information required 4 separate times to CarParts Wholesale I was denied a return as 30 days had passed.in My opinion this is a horrible company that will not make good it's mistakes by hiding behind a policy that indicates if you don't catch us in 30 days we are free of all obligation to provide what you ordered.
The reason for the delay in getting the service for the vehicle I had purchased the rotors for was a serious heart condition requiring surgery and recovery before I could attend to the vehicle.
What a poor company and what horrible customer service. I wish all of my mistakes were erased after 30 days. One Mistake I will never make again is dealing with this company. Use caution anytime you even think about this company. You will not receive any support after the sale.
