I ordered a Corbeau Red Racing Seat on Sept. 14 and I havent recieved the seat, a tracking number, or a call from the company

I ordered a Corbeau Red Racing seat on Sept, 14 in the amount of $289.23. I called the company and they said that the seat was on back order. They said that on Sept, 28 2009 I would recieve a tracking number and the seat would be shipped. Today is October 3 and I still havent recieved an email with the confirmation number and I called the toll free number listed on the website and they didnt pick up their phone during business hours. I saw several complaints for this website for the same reason, products they sell on backorder, and Im starting to think theyre going to steal my money and not send me my Red Corbeau Racing Seat. Here is the email receipt they sent me on Sept, 14. I advice you DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. They are very RUDE, they DO NOT answer their PHONE, and they HAVE NOT contacted me by email, phone, ect.
