Vehicle Service Contract Cancellation

I ended my automobile support agreement in May which is September. I've not yet got my return back.

Count-down of the reason why provided to date:

#10. Ford of Kirkland claims the check is by using Ford Capital Providers who's the loan operator. They'll have deliver it back stating they do not have any attention with this vehicle / mortgage anymore.

# 9. Ford Financial Services directs the check to Ford of Kirkland. Ford of Kirland claims that it shipped the check however it was delivered.

#8. Ford of Kirkland: Difficult To capture the fund man because he's possibly in a gathering / joining to customers or on the holiday. After trying a lot of occasions, I bought the man who barely appears to function. He tips,

"Why not request anyone to choose it-up? You simply will need to deliver a fax permitting the cost. After delivering the fax, we named them back again to plan each day for collection."

While my buddy named to choose it-up, they stated the check hasbeen be mindful and contains been shipped.

# 7. The check is delivered back to Ford Financial Services

# 6. If you're able to provide us your Canadian tackle, we are able to send you the check.

# 5. We can not email the check to Canada. You'll have to plan a fedex collection.

# 4. We can not handover the private check to fedex. Or may we permit you to plan a collection.

# 3. Our supervisor Monica is on leave. I actually donot learn about the standing of one's check.

This trouble continues to be happening.
