The lien holder lost my car's title

I bought a 2005 Honda Civic in 2005 & borrowed it through Ford Financial Services. OIn they approached me and explained they didn't possess the name towards the automobile and believed it could have now been shipped in my experience in problem. I told them I'd no obtained the name from DMV or Ford Financial services. They delivered mean application to use to get a duplicate name, I closed and delivered the paperwork. I recently reduced the mortgage and named to discover after I might get the name. They do not have the name. They believe it'll consider 6 months to acquire the name from DMV. I needed to market the vehicle from the end-of the entire year but I can't with no name. The name to my vehicle continues to be mishandled with no one need liability or assist me. I don't trust them to check out through.
