Ripoff We got our car loan 6 months ago, and from the beginning it was horrible

I thought I was the only one that hated this company. We got our car loan 6 months ago, and from the beginning it was horrible.

First off we were told there was a grace period of 15 days which is a lie. They have no grace period. We needed that since my husband gets paid every two weeks and once in a while it might be 5 days late.

They call the next day after the due date if you do not pay. They leave like 5 messanges on the answering machine, fortunanely it's a voice message and not a human being.

We were told we could change our due date since he gets paid every two weeks, we were told to fax over the reason why and put in the new due date we did that and they keep saying they got the fax but because of this reason or that reason i have to refax it. I did this 3 times now with no date change yet.

We have never gotten a coupon book so we have to either call and give our info over the phone and get charged for that or pay the extra fee for western union. I can't stand them anymore. I want to refinance but have been having problems finding someone. I was thinking about going back to the dealer and telling them if they don't do something I am going to take the car back and never getting another one unless I know who the lender is.
