American Airlines
Mileage "Expiration"

Cars & Transport

I came across 176,000 miles “expired” in April 09. I named AA and talked to with John Geib, Supervsor. Fundamentally, they declined to simply accept liability for calling me to ALERT me of thier new plan simply because they didn't have my email address on document. I find this to become an unconscionable justification, considering the fact that I obtain presents from AA for charge cards and so on. But, as it pertains right down to anything I truly worry about, they feign innocence. Though AA has applications to restore these miles, they might require AA journey, software for their charge card, or you can purchase them back (again) for $50 per each 2,000 miles. When I advised John Geib, I actually donot travel as frequently when I used-to and that I truly do not wish to purchase these 176,000 kilometers again. I really hope a-class action suit is on the road.
