Mercedez Benz Financial First Class Finish
"First Class Finish" Lease Return Department SUCKS!

I leased a way overpriced 2007 C230 from Mercedes Benz and returned it to leasing in May. I was over mileage and have no dispute there, but I had a body shop go over the car and fix EVERYTHING, including repainting the hood (came to about $1300 out of my pocket) before returning the car so that I returned it in perfect shape. I turned it in at MB of Beverly Hills and BOUGHT another MB at that time (NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!). The dealer told me the car was in immaculate condition and he didn't see anything except the mileage. Lo and behold, MB found a small "ding" in my windshield (which wasn't there when I turned it in) and charged me $1100 to fix it!!! SERIOUSLY??? I contacted windshield repair places that said the repair would have been less than $100. I then agreed to pay the damn bill, but on payments. After sending them $2433.78 on the $5100. Balance in less than 2 months, they TURNED ME OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY!!! Based on the payment arrangement made with their representative, I was ahead on my payments by $433.78, but they still sent me to collections!!!
Do not walk away—run away from Mercedes Benz financial "First Class Finish..." They have no class!!!
