He promptly stopped payment in 2008 and demanded her life savings for taking it out of repossession so he removed her IRA and payed Mercedes. It is now 2012 and Mercedes Benz is wanting the entire cost of the car which will bankrupt and cause a 83 y/o alzheimers victim to lose all her possessions and home. She also owes in excess of $4,000. Tax penalty for the IRA funds of $16,000 that were raided to pay for a luxury car. She was under a doctors care receiveing cancer tx when this occured.
