My contract end with this company and its been 2 weeks and i havent receive my las two checks, i call owner and hes not men enough to answer my phone calls

I start working with this company in jan/09, the job was to deliver auto parts to dealerships and private bussiness, the pay was 290 dls at night close to 330 mls. Then bussines picked up my 20' box truckwas more heavy, miles increase we talked to owner and he gave me a raise of 10 dls extra at night, recently diesel went up and he told me when diesel get to 2.50 i would give you fuel subcharge money he never did, he was'nt at the office, i talked to different contractors and they told me and show me they paychecks and they were getting 60 dls at first then 80 dls and for the last 10 weeks they were getting 100!! Fuel subcharge. These operators were running less miles (280) and other (340) they were real light loads (12 ' trailers), and my truck was running more the 380 mls by now, heavy and using more fuel. I wrote in my log sheet the price of my route and 100dls fuel subcharge to get pay. He pay once but the second week he end my contract. "and its been close to 3 weeks and i havent got my last paychecks" i called he doesnt answer my phone calls, his secretary tells me that the check has been mailed but nothing yet. Be careful guys with this guy CHARLY, he'll be nice to you but he will try to screw you after few weeks by telling you to deliver certain boxes one day and then he would start giving you more miles and no pay. We notice that he pays hispanics and african americans less than the white people and we saying this because we have seen the paychecks of contractors and they have also said the mls they run and its a big difference. If you read this charly remember he who steal from the poor steals from god. And sooner or later god will do justice
