Hired on to transport "light" freight.intermountain will not pay wages nor fuel reimbursement

Hired on with a Ray Flowers answering an ad in the local newspaper. Then spoke to the owner of the business John Drubay. Who is hiding his idenity as I later found out was order by the court to NEVER run a freight business again so he put it under his wifes name. Confirmed the equipment they required to haul the "LIGHT" freight. Were told I would be running about 480 miles per day for $400.00 per day sounded good. However they failed to tell me I would be making over 50 delv through this route and the route was actually an 800 mile plus aday route. I furnished a 1 ton diesel and a fully enclosed 30 ft trailer. I was told I would be paid every week, as I was furninshing fuel. However after first week I was told Oh no you will always be a week behind the first check is held. The loads were massive. I could hardly get them in my trailer. Several times I was scaled 4000lbs over weight limit. I was hauling transmissions, engines ect. Twice I was forced to unload at the scales. They then instructed me to run the scales and not stop!!! The loads came in palleted I had to take apart to loads as they didnt have a forklift and with the loads on pallets they had to be broke down as there wasnt enough room to get them in trailer. I then had to unload and delv the engines and transmissions myself. Much of the cargo weighed over 100lbs boxed truck and car parts. My fuel was running me over $160.00 per day. I told them I can not do this I cant afford to cont to pay for fuel. They issued me a fuel card, which sometimes worked. Still majority was coming out of pocket. When the second week rolled around and NO PAY CHECK. They had a big story that they were reorginizing and would have checks out the next day. Well this went on all week. Found out they went to bed with CR England Carrier Services. We all know how that works. The last day I ran for them I lost my tranny. That was 10/28/04.10/30/04 Wendy called in the middle of the night 2pm and asked if I had picked up freight at the warehouse as a fully loaded trailer and cargo was missing. Why would I take one of their trailers as I hauled my own? They were setting me up for a larceny based on the fact they owed me money and I stoled one of their loaded trailers! I immediately called West Valley Sheriffs office in Salt Lake City to let them know my were abouts which was Nevada, they called me back to confirm and told me they thought it was an insurance scam but would get back to me. This is what they will stoop to, they are now oweing me $4325.00. I was issued a check from Wendy Drubay John's wife for $100.00 it bounced. I then recieved a check for $1340.54 less my fuel charges claimed over $800.00 which they will not prove, 2 weeks late it bounced and still have not been able to collect the rest of what they owe me. Wendy owners wife claims they dont have the money to pay me. Beware of this company! They are a rip off, liars, thiefs!!!
