Is the worst financing company ever!

Flamingo Financing is the worst car financing company ever. Not only you have to pay every week, but they do not give you a break! I lost my job in the beginning of 2009 and that's the worst thing I could ever tell them when I couldn't make the payments.

My car has been repose twice. The first time my girlfriend had to go to school and the car wasn't there. I explain to them my situation and that I was out of a job and my unemployment is not what I use to make. They basically and rudely told me that it was not their problem and payment was due either way. I had to delay on paying my rent and put myself in worst debt by borrowing money to get the car back.

To make it worst after 1 year of purchasing the car it started acting up. I fixed the problem but the car still was acting up. Prior to that during my warranty with the company I purchase the car (Car Plaza), I try returning the car but they told me I couldn't and if I wanted to trade it in I have to do with only Flamingo Financing.

The second time they repose my car after they claim I made the deadline with the payment before the company came out and take it from me. Obviously the whole thing was a lie and they told me I already knew after I explain to them who I spoke with and what they told me. I explain to them that I just got a job and I already spoke with one of their representative from their recovery department that I was gonna make the rest of the payment on that Friday. I just let them have the car because a lot of people told me that it don't even show up on the credit report.

I'm just very pissed off that they took my car after I made the payment and then want to blame on me not having insurance on the car, which I did. I only had about $4000 left on the car. This the worst company ever and the payment I made, I stop the check so they would not get another dime from me.

I warn anyone out there that go to one of those mom and pop car dealers not to purchase the car especially if it deals with flamingo financing!!
