Purchased a $26,000.00 dump trailer, received a used, damaged, non functional

Beware!!! I bought a Dump truck (Roll Off) out of this organization

(ROLL-OFF METHODS Inc. Rogers Minnesota). I'd bought one comparable in the same operator (Michael Larson) dba roll off Production Businesses in Whittier CA.in 2002 This truck was taken and so I looked up the organization on the internet and discovered them moved in Minnesota. After calling them I requested to get a brochure of the new-designed trailers with all the requirements. After getting it I named them to buy one and was informed the sole had Two accessible and also the needed a deposit. I gave them my charge card deposit and was informed they'd return to me regarding cargo to Florida. After numerous calls and countless reasons only a little more than 6 weeks later I received the truck. It had been rusty, repainted, the hydraulics did not work. The dirt container might become disconnected while towing. I've had this truck for more than 2 decades not able to utilize it. I've employed a lawyer and gained my suit in California on 1/04/08 and am still not able to gather my honor. I've this truck that I can't use. I had been recently approached by Mark Weller a consultant Of Transport Rolloffs Inc. (By Telephone and by Licensed email dated 1/25/08 the can pay the view of $32,321.00 It's today March 11

And That I have attempted for months departing numerous communications without any return phone. The corporation is just a total rip off and are also all of the individuals related to it. I want help solving this issue I've needed to spend a coating a large number of bucks and that I am still within the same place I had been after I first bought this truck. Scammed!!
