On 06/05, I purchased a Bumper to Bumper 5 years/1000,000 miles, $0.00 deductible, surcharges: Highline car warranty for my 2003 Mercedes-Benz C Class through EAW REP: Chris, warranty cost: 2199 through Car Warranties Direct LLC, 21360 Center Ridge Road, Rocky River, Ohio 44116. Phone: 440-331-0501, Fax: 440-331-0324. Contract # CW1834-0, Issued by: Capital Assurance. I have only attempted to use them once back in Novemebr when my car needed a short-block installed and was told by Car Warranties Direct LLC only to find out that due to the company I choose Park Place Mercedes was not a dealer they dealt with. How was I to know of this, I had called several times to inquire about the warranty covering the problem, they never mentioned to me that it had to be a car dealer/mechanic of their choosing.
On yesterday, I attempted to contact the company about another problem covered via warranty only to find out that their phone number and website does not exist. Can someone please help me, get back my money and or direct me in the right direction to possibly sue this company for not alerting me of their changes. Please and thank you.
