Underhanded interest loan change from agreed 3.9% to 5.9%

Internet Sales Manager (Isaac Chee... Asian, Male) was extremely rude and condescending and I will never be a customer again. I will tell all my friends, family members and coworkers to never give your dealership any business. I have never met anyone so unprofessional in any type of managerial position. I have been a police officer for over 11 years and I have never treated anyone in that fashion. I am very angry at the way the sale went. Your manager tried to pull a fast one on me and because I called him out on it He became irate and unprofessional. I had the sale of the vehicle all worked out and that included the interest rate of the loan. I had everything in writing and he attempted to change it. I had worked everything out with your sales person over the phone for a week and I wasted my Saturday as well and we talked all day and had come to an agreement and had a signed form with the expectation that the deal would close on Monday. Unfortunately, Monday came and they saw and "oversight" on the paperwork. Well, I am sure that having a week to prepare the paperwork any oversight should have been taken care of prior to the date of signing. The experience was so negative and underhanded that I will be doing everything in power to warn others to not purchase any vehicle there. I hope you fire him or at minimum discipline him.
