What the #%-! Are they thinking?!

Bought car in July 09. Have dealt with them before no problems. Traded in vehicle bought in past from them. Still owed money on the car. No problems they gave some toward trade in and worked rest into to loan like normal car lot would. Ok get phone calls from the financial institution for vehicle we traded saying we were late on car payment?

Come to find out they haven't sent the check! Well go up there with alot of hassle and finally get check in mail on August 11. My husband had to physically sit up there for 4 hours no joke to make sure they delivered check. Ok, now on August 28 we recieve document stating that we are in default on the loan.

Thinking maybe paper work has not caught up, my husband calls the loan company on 31st and they tell us that there was a stop payment on the 19th for the check?! Calls Mr. T's and Tom is very unpleasant as usual and asks him what he wants him to do about it right then. Funny how we took a 16,987.16 check from the new loan company to them ourselves. Tom says that the company that deals with thier finances must have stopped payment. What???
