Ripoff waste of time they lie that is the bottom line!

I shopped online back 12/02 right before cristmas applied online and was called 10 plus times telling me that my husband and myself were "PRE APPROVED" when we didnt call back in response the calls kept coming, please come in you are "Pre APPROVED" come get your truck!

We knew we did not have the best credit in the world in fact pretty bad, but they kept calling you are "PRE-APPROVED". We lived 2 hours away, but finally almost 2 months after the first call we went. We wanted 1 vehicle to suit the needs of our family, we found exactly what we wanted, looked to be a great price for this vehicle, we traded 2 in for this truck. 1 was worth alot more than owed and one wasn't worth near what we owed so the break on that was pretty well even there was an advertisement as to what the guareented on a trade in, we paid a down payment also.

Spent "ALL DAY" at the carlot. Finally we left that night with our new/used truck. This was on Saturday. We found that some of the running lights were not working, so we took it back 4 hours up there and back got a loaner car because they kept it overnight, because of the distance. Got the truck back on Wednesday, for 7 days we had this vehicle, bought some stuff for it showing it off loving it christmas coming up.

After 7 days they called and said we had to bring it back they could not get us financed. We had signed purchases contracts retail installment contracts, changed insurance over to this vehicle cancelled on other 2 vehicles. And they wanted their truck back. I started to contact a lawyer but the contract was stamped that the contract was subject to final approval and was not valid until then. So We just drove back 2 hours to bill heard gave them the truck and got our 2 back and to HELL with the whole lying place!

I called and talked back to the lady who said we were pre-approved like I had never been there and she still said YES COME IN YOU ARE PREAPPROVED! I then told her about what was going on and she still said to come in and talk with the manager XQ&@%$# the whole place. They lie that is the bottom line!
