I ordered some simple rubber slush mats for my son's Jeep and after not hearing from these people for 3 days I contacted them for a tracking # and was told they were processing the order, my credit card had NOT been charged and I'd receive an email when the card was charged and the order was being shipped. Waited 2 more days and checked my credit card and the charge was debited to my card the same day as the order was placed. I again called them and was told the same thing, order is being processed. I used their "track order" link and it said the same thing, order being processed no tracking number available. I called them back and was told the mats were not in their warehouse in Colorado and they were checking their other warehouses. I said that's the reason you have computers to show your inventory and it's location, they said they'd get back to me. Never did. They also told me maybe the mats were back ordered. I told them I can buy these at PepBoys, Sears, Walmart, Checker and their answer was totally unacceptible and not true. I sent 5 more emails, talked to 4 different customer service agents, all of them very uncooperative and rude, asking for a credit and was told they couldn't because the order was being processed. I then contacted Paypal and they filed a dispute and claim on my behalf and I had my credit within 48 hours. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST DO NOT THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THEM YOU'LL BE SORRY! Very dishonest and a bunch of crooks!!! All I can say is those of you who do not use Paypal you should. Your purchase is protected even if the seller does not reimbruse or credit your purchase Paypal will make good on it.
