TONY FARRIS Charged for replacement transmission, never replaced it

I hired Tony Farris to replace transmission in my wife's car. I took him on test drive to show him the problem. He says they can take care of it. I give him my wife's car and $2800. We get the car back and drives good... For a week.

I called him and he refused to do anything about it. I ended up getting another shop to fix the car. They show me the transmission when they remove it. It was the original transmission. On aftermarket replacement transmissions, they are are marked, stamped and tagged. This still had the serial number that matched the car from the factory.

Tony is a crook. I have discovered others with similar experience with Tony. How nice to be part of good ole boy network and rip people off. I hope this saves you from the mistake others have had.
