What a scam! I went in for a simple front end brake job. From the beginning, they tired to intimidate me to buy almost $2000 worth of things I did NOT need. As a single mom, they attempted to hard sell me repairs "for the safety of my kids and I". They had even written up all the repairs that they wanted to do before I approved them. When I didnt approve all of the work they wanted to do, I was treated rudely.
The job ended up being a whopping $800!! This included a $30 shop fee, just to look at the car! $30 just for coming in? The parts and labor were way overpriced.
The bill was way over $200 more than the estimate also.
Word to the wise: These guys are rip off and scam artists. Save yourself some trouble.
