Ripoff, Used an Investigative Service to call my house and tell me charges were pressed against me deceptive ripoff company, one pissed off customer!

I was only behind on my car payment 3 weeks and I had called them. They sent a guy to my house at 9:00 pm knocking on my door telling me that if they did't have there money soon then they would be out to get the car.

They called my house daily at least 4 times with threatening messages. I had lost my job and told them that I might be slow making payments, and so they called my old employer asking them all kinds of questions about me... How embarrassing?!

When I was 1 month behind, they had a company called Dallas County Investigators call my house and a lady left a message on my machine stating that I needed to call her immediately regarding some charges that had been pressed against me. After seeing the name on my caller I.D. And hearing the message I thought I was about to go to jail... How decieving?!

When I called the lady back... She said she was simply trying to get the car back for Drive Financial and there had been no charges pressed. There has to be a law against this. I am now current on my payments and the calls have stopped but i am still very angry that a company can get away with this type of behavior. I am one pissed off customer.
