Dishonest and violates privacy acts Ripoff

I have an account with Drive Financial and they claimed that my payments feel behind and that the payments that were made online were from an unknown account. After further investigation I found that I had fraudgenlent checks that I had deposit into my account. Drive Financial had contact my babysister house and left a message on their answer service and after i call and tried to make an arrangement I was told that they could not make an arrangement and I need to get a payment into them ASAP. I explained what had happened and they called everyday to my job and to other people. I kept getting the same thing that I needed to get the money into them ASAP because the loan was not secured. The Accounting Rep told me that this was not personal but a business decision. These people are cut throat folks.
