BEST - Best Emission Safety Testing
Am disputing the charge

Went in for inspection. Needed brake work done which they sold me on. They performed the job. One month later there was an issue and I stopped in to make an appointment to have them look at it. I waited for 20 minutes and was not acknowledged. I took a business card to call and make an appointment. When I called I was told they did not take appointments and was threatened by them. Finally I got an appointment but they did not take name or anything and I did not go.instead I went somewhere else that treated me well and informed me that BEST did not do anything they invoiced me for. The work was not done. I was ripped off and no work was done.
