Auto one is a fraud

I had a warranty with auto one and sold my car so i cancelled my policy they told me i would have refund in 10 weeks! It took me 10 months of calling and calling and calling and i never got anywhere with them i did a bbb i contacted just about everyone and nothing worked they keep telling me two more weeks and they would give me a date that it would be mailed and i never got the check. I had to contact my local news station and they did a report on it and found out that David tibbs is the owner and he has been busted for a previous buisness he had for fraud and tax invastion! The only way you will get your money is contacting your news station and seeing if they will investigate it for you like mine did.
