I sent a check by phone to them, I believe her name was Stacy. All she wanted to talk about was Michael Jackson

I saw their add on t.V. And called them. Sounded good at first. Talked to a Stacey and she said they were in Irvine. Didnt give me much detail, but said it was 124.00 to start it and 84 a month. I did give her a check by phone... Stupid trusting person that I am, and she said the policy and information would come in the mail.

Three weeks later, I called them and spoke to someone who didnt speak much English. He said the company that wrote the poilcys was in San Diego, so I should have it right away... Waited two more weeks, then called again. Very hard time getting to speak to anyone, phone hangs up on you a lot.

Finally, I was told if I wanted to cancel, to send a letter stating that with the mileage of the car and to sign it. I did that. The man that I spoke to was really rude. I told him I sent it and he said they never got it. I called again a couple weeks later and they said to said another, which I did. Still no word. They owe me the start up fee and 84.00. I wish I would have written down the mens names... Very rude. Stacey was the only nice one, but she probably was being used. Thank You.
