I signed up with this company after buying a used Dodge Durango, believing everything I saw on the TV commercials, everything I listened to from their sales people, that it would be hassle free, that I was in good hands. Boy was I mistaken.

Two weeks ago to the day the transmission on the Durango went out, I had it towed to a Dodge Dealership and gave them all the warranty information, they tore down the transmission, then called stoprepairbills.com who sent out their "adjuster" / "inspector", it took a week for this person to get there, last Wednesday, then finally, this morning, on 8/11, the report finally came in, and they declined the work, stating it was the "torque converter", low and behold, the ONE thing the warranty does not cover. I called the Dealership, the service Manager AND the Technician both said, no, it was not the torque converter, something inside the transmission caused the clutches to burn out, the torque converter does not effect this issue.

I called "Geno" back with the company, he said that the "inspector" was not their employee, just someone they contract to go and do the inspections, when I said don't you pay them? He just shuffled around on the phone. I asked if I could have an independent party come in and do another inspection, he said no, so now I am out $3700 for a new transmission, something that should have been covered by this company, and I told "Geno" if I had known Mogi and US Fidelis were out there I would never have signed up with stoprepairbills.com to begin with, there isn't even a "contact us" section on their website, should have been a red flag right there.

So, don't believe the hype, don't listen and more importantly don't be like me and get suckered in to a $2500 warranty contract that will not pay for the service they say they are there for.
