Takes advantage of consumers dishonest ripoffs

I needed to have new brake pads put on my 1998 VW Beetle. They ended up charging me $530.00 (which also included a new front rotor). As soon as I started driving the car home, the brakes were still making the same grinding noise it was previously making.

I took the car back, and while I was in the office waiting, they apparently greased the pads so that when I took a drive with the mechanic, the car wasn't making the noise anymore (I figured that one out when I got home and looked at the wheels there was red grease all over the place). Guess what happened a couple hours later??? Grinding, again.
So now I am $530.00 in the hole. I know I got ripped off, I just want my car fixed. I have never done anything to them, so why are they doing this to me?
